Amendments to Wednesday Lent Study Program 2019
Due to new information we would like to make some amendments to the structure of our Lent Study Course.
Wednesday 20th March
Second Session and Mass will still run at St Anne’s from 7pm – 8.30pm HOWEVER
Bishop Sarah is speaking at St Garbiel’s Cricklewood from 8pm with a chance to chat to her over cheese and wine afterwards. Please do go to hear Bishop Sarah if you would prefer – it is a great opportunity.
Wednesday 27th March
Our third session was to be a visit to St Paul’s to hear Rowan Williams at 6pm, despite advertising instructions, you needed to book tickets – and they have now sold over 2000 tickets! We are still welcome to queue, and they predict enter!
Therefore – yes please do go and queue at 5.30 and see if you can get in – it is very likely you will.
However, because this will be very difficult for some to do, Mo Christine will run a session, and Mass at St Anne’s on that evening for those who cannot or feel unconfident lining up at St Paul’s.
Wednesday 3rd April
We will watch the Pod Cast of Rowan’s presentation from the 27th, followed by discussion. This should suit those who went as well as those who didn’t make it to the Cathedral and give plenty of opportunities to talk about what he said.
Apologies for changes, but it seems important to respond to changing opportunities.
