“Personal data” is any information about a living individual which allows them to be identified from that data (for example a name, photographs, videos, email address, or address). Identification can be by the information alone or in conjunction with any other information. The processing of personal data is governed by [the Data Protection Bill/Act 2017 the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR” and other legislation relating to personal data and rights such as the Human Rights Act 1998].
We have two privacy policies which we hope help to keep us all safe, and for us to be aware of how our personal data is protected.
The Policy is for the general public and members of the parish – St Anne’s Privacy Policy for non-role holders 2018
Our Second policy relates to those people who hold roles with specific responsibilities which means by law we may need to keep or report on activities. This includes people like employees, or office holders such as the PCC or Wardens. If you are an office holder this is the policy which relates to you – St Anne’s Privacy Policy for role holders 2018
